Ladhani Tax Guide is an e-Tax Library and Software providing digital access to tax laws, rules, notifications, circulars, judgments, and related materials of Pakistan. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”) and Ladhani Tax Guide (“LTG”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By using LTG, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally competent to enter into a binding contract under Pakistani law. If you are using LTG on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

LTG grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for lawful research and reference purposes. This license does not grant you ownership of the software or any of its content.

• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform.
• You may not share your account credentials or allow unauthorized use.
• You may not use LTG for any illegal or competitive purpose or to create derivative works.

All intellectual property rights in LTG, including but not limited to software code, design, database content, user interface, trademarks, and documentation, remain the sole property of Ladhani Tax Guide. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or resale is strictly prohibited and may lead to civil and criminal liability under Pakistani law.

To access certain features, you may be required to register for an LTG account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and keep your login credentials secure. You are solely responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.

Access to LTG may require a valid subscription or license. Subscription fees, payment methods, billing frequency, and renewal terms will be displayed on our website or communicated during purchase.

• All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.
• Access will commence upon confirmation of payment and remain active for the duration of the subscription term.
• Renewal may occur automatically based on your selected plan unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

Pricing for LTG services is subject to change with prior notice. LTG reserves the right to adjust subscription fees or introduce new pricing models. Refunds or cancellations, if applicable, will follow the policies stated on our website or as mutually agreed in writing.

• Users may request cancellation before renewal to avoid future charges.
• Refunds, if offered, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after approval.
• No refunds will be issued for partial use, inactivity, or violation of these Terms.

Enterprise clients (such as firms, corporations, or government departments) must use LTG under a separate institutional agreement. Access granted under such agreements is limited to authorized users and must not be shared beyond the contracted scope.

Your use of LTG is governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, process, and protect your data. By using LTG, you consent to the handling of your data in accordance with that policy.

LTG sources data from official publications, government websites, and reputable tax journals. While we strive for accuracy, LTG does not guarantee that all information is current or error-free. LTG shall not be responsible for:

• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in content;
• Losses arising from reliance on LTG data;
• Viruses, malware, or technical failures affecting user systems.

All information is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to LTG’s servers or data;
• Using automated scripts, bots, or crawlers to extract information;
• Disrupting service functionality or performance;
• Uploading harmful or unlawful material.

LTG may perform maintenance, updates, or upgrades periodically. We strive to minimize downtime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. LTG shall not be liable for any disruption or data loss caused by scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LTG, its owners, developers, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform.

LTG’s total liability, if any, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user during the preceding subscription period.

LTG reserves the right to suspend or terminate access at its discretion without prior notice if:

• The user violates these Terms;
• Engages in unlawful or fraudulent activity;
• Fails to pay subscription fees when due.

Upon termination, your license to use LTG immediately ceases, and you must discontinue all use of the Platform and its content.

LTG may contain links or integrations with third-party websites and services. These are provided for convenience only. LTG does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or operations of such third parties.

LTG shall not be held liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, war, strikes, or internet service disruptions.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.

LTG reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and Copyright Notice, constitute the entire agreement between you and LTG regarding your use of the Platform and supersede any prior agreements or communications.
